Mobile OA enables employees to record work arrival/departure times, send location, send photo-attached reports, and apply for overtime or vacation while administrator can manage employee’s work attendance, use GPS to monitor employee’s movement, approve for overtime or vacation. It also allows administrator to create paper-based form into electronic form and customize it based on customer’s requirements, which is easy to handle and capture the essential data much faster. 5 languages ― Chinese, English, Japanese, Indonesian, Vietnam, and Thai ― are currently supported. The app can be used with smartphones or tablets running on Android 4.0.3 up/iOS. 8.0 up.
